All Educationery products are manufactured using stock from responsible forestry practices. We value and respect the environment and have ensured great care has gone into the selection of material for all of our products!

Here are some tips you can try if you experience difficulties with placing an order online:
- Try logging out and back into your account again.
- Try accessing our site from a different device.
- Clear your cache and any cookies from your browser.
- Try using a different web browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
If you have tried our above tips and still experience any issues, please contact us and we will happily find another solution to help you place your order online.
How can I remove an item from my order?
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the item you would like to remove from your existing order. We try to process our orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them, so we may not be able to remove an item from your order in time, however we will certainly try our best to help you.
How can I add an item to my order?
If you have already submitted your order and want to add another Educationery product, we recommend placing a separate order. Once you have submitted your order, we are unable to add additional items to your existing order.
How can I cancel an order that I’ve placed?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will do our best to help.
How do I exchange or receive a refund?
If you would like to return a product, carefully package it up, make sure to enclose a completed returns form with a copy of your receipt and send it to:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, which means Educationery products are available to all of our Study Buddies!
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days from placing your order.
How can I track my order?
After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. If you have set up an account, you will then be able to view the status of your order. Simply log into you account and select View Order Status. For all of our Study Buddies placing an international order outside of Australia, you will also receive a consignment number once your order has been processed, which you can use to track the status of your order. Alternatively, you may wish to contact your local post office to check the status of your order.
How much will I be charged for customs tax?
Depending on the country of destination, you may be required to pay overseas foreign taxes, customs duties or other additional fees. You may wish to contact your local customs office directly to find out more information on these taxes, duties and customs regulations. If you choose not to pay the customs fee then your parcel will eventually be returned to our Head Office. Once we receive it, we will then be able to refund you for your order.
